PIPE CUTTING UNIT
- Ajan CNC SERIES has been designed for satisfying the requirements of the user’s to be able to cut pipes and sheet metal with CNC plasma cutting system. First of all, the most important differences has been equipped with Precision Plasma series 130A or 260A precise cutting plasma generator, torch and the required gas selections can be made automatically. For that reason, it can cut steel, chrome and aluminium pipes with high accurancy.

AIR SUCTION SYSTEMS
- It works on the principle that the pressure plate on the bridge unit of the machine opens the countertop mechanical pressure arms. harmful smog will be absorbed from the doors when opened only when the torch is in the active cutting area which eliminates the need for powerfull suction fan and removed from the environment.The system, removes the need for additional maintenance and complications brought by the pneumatic systems.Slag and wastage formed after cutting accumulate in buckets inside the bench. In order for the ventilation to work
long-lasting and healthy, this bucket must be emptied and emptied by lifting a crane at intervals according to the occupancy rate.
