Update Graphics Card Driver (Optional)

When users face problems with their graphics cards, they should try to update graphics card drivers as follows:

  • Open the Run dialog box by pressing and holding the “Windows” key, then press the “R” key. Type msc and Press Ok Button.

 

  • In Device Manager, you should see a section called Display adapters, click on it. Right click on the video card shown and select Update Driver Software.

 

  • If Windows finds driver, restart your computer. If Windows doesn’t find a driver, you can try looking for one on the device manufacturer’s website and follow their instructions.

  • Press the Start button. Type “Windows Update” in search panel.
